Smeared and Smudged January Members Blog Hop

This months theme over at Smeared and Smudged Members Blog Hop is Anything Goes. The only rule in participating is it has to be stamped somewhere using either rubber or digi. I chose to make a little booklet using the Toxic Ballerina's  digi  as my main image. I constructed a booklet from mountboard and bound together with some grungy paper from my stash. Once completed, for the front cover I used a spellbinders die to frame my image of the Toxic Ballerina which was compiled and coloured in photoshop.

Once the front cover was completed I then constructed a pocket for the inside left cover to hold little reminder notes. Black cross grain ribbon was then added to two strategic places to hold my pen in place, before attaching the handmade little notepad which was bound with the toxic Ballerina artwork on top to secure the ribbon holding the pen in place.

I had fun with this little project. I hope you will give it a try too and I'd love to see if you do. Go check out the other members blogs to see what they have created. The blog roll is on my sidebar.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and read. Your next stop is SHELL.
