Once the front cover was completed I then constructed a pocket for the inside left cover to hold little reminder notes. Black cross grain ribbon was then added to two strategic places to hold my pen in place, before attaching the handmade little notepad which was bound with the toxic Ballerina artwork on top to secure the ribbon holding the pen in place.
I had fun with this little project. I hope you will give it a try too and I'd love to see if you do. Go check out the other members blogs to see what they have created. The blog roll is on my sidebar.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and read. Your next stop is SHELL.
What a fantastic note book and cover! I love making things like that too. I really love the new toxic ballerinas so this has got to be one of the best note book and covers I seen :) xx
ReplyDeleteThis is brilliant! I have seen an altered notebook before but never one made from scratch. Loving the image and all the care taken with this project.
